1. Shippment
- Do you ship to…? YESSSSS.. we ship worldwide
- Prints: shipping within 3-5 days from receiving your order. Shipping time is standard for most countries: 1-6 business days within Germany, UK/Western Europe 5-7 business days, Canada/America7-20 business days. All other international countries, shipping will take 1-4 weeks.
- Potraits: shipping after reiceiving the payment and finishing the drawing, process takes in general about 3-8 weeks
- Originals: shipping about 4 weeks after placing the order
- Standard shipping for prints in Germany 0 EUR, Portraits EUR 10, will be charged separately, international buyers: please contact us before checkout, shippment costs will be charged separately
- Combined shippment costs in case you order more than one item: As long as they are on the same order, they will ship together for sure. If you place more than one order, we can’t guarantee they will ship together. A request would need to be emailed to put the orders together. ( info@siennakortes.com)
2. Returns
- A print can only be returned if it was damaged, please send an email with a Picture of your print how it arrived at info@siennakortes.com

Sienna Kortes retains all Copyrights & Reproduction Rights of sold original artworks, custom commission paintings, and prints. Artwork’s image may not be reproduced by any process without the artist’s express written permission.

Information you provide through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues.
